1. Orders & Payments?

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major Indian payment methods, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use encrypted and trusted payment gateways. Your card/UPI details are not stored on our servers.

Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we may or may not offer COD (please verify on checkout). If COD is available in your area, you can choose it at checkout.

Why was my payment declined or failed?

Common reasons include insufficient balance, daily transaction limit, bank OTP expiry, or incorrect card details. Please check with your bank. If the persists, please contact us with order details so we can assist.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Do you charge for shipping?


No. Shipping is completely free across India. The price you see on the product page is the final price — no hidden charges at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days in metro cities and 7–12 working days in remote areas.

Which courier partners do you use?

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and safe delivery. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships. You can also use the “Track Order” option on our website. 

3. Sizing, Products & Quality

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to our Size Guide (on the product page) before placing your order. The guide includes chest, length, and other measurements in cm/inches.
Tip: If you are between sizes and like a looser fit, you may opt for the larger size.

Are the product images accurate?

We strive to show accurate colours and styles. However, actual colours may slightly differ due to lighting, display screens, or device calibration. That is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.

What materials are used in your clothing?

(You should specify your fabrics here. Example:) We use premium quality cotton/cotton blends to ensure comfort, breathability, and durability.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

In the event of a defect, damage, or wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer returns/exchanges subject to certain conditions (e.g. within a stipulated time). Please refer to our Refund / Return Policy page for details.

What is your refund processing time?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. The refund will be made via the original payment method.

Who bears the return shipping cost?

Depending on the reason for return (defect, size mismatch vs. change of mind), the return shipping costs may be borne by us or you. Please consult the Return Policy for your order’s specifics.

Can I exchange for a different design or size?

Yes — if stock allows. In case the replacement is more expensive, you may need to pay the difference; if it's cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

5. Offers, Coupons & Discounts

How can I redeem coupons/discounts?

Enter the coupon code (e.g. FIRST5 for 5% off) in the “Apply Coupon” field at checkout before making payment.

Can I use more than one coupon on a single order?

No, you can apply only one coupon per order (unless specified otherwise).

Do your discounts apply to sale/clearance items?

Some coupons or discounts may not apply to already discounted / sale items — the system will show whether the coupon is valid in the cart.

6. Account, Privacy & Security

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, registered users get advantages such as order history, faster checkout, and tracking from their dashboard.

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on login. You’ll receive an email to reset your password securely.

How is my personal information used?

We respect your privacy. Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and updates. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. (You should link/reference your Privacy Policy.)

7. Miscellaneous & Policies

What is your refund/return/cancellation policy?

Refer to our dedicated Refund / Return Policy page. It contains full terms, eligibility, process, and timelines.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel before the item is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is generally not possible; however, you may need to return the order upon delivery (if eligible).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on shipping within India (domestic only).

Are there any hidden charges, such as customs and duties?

Since we ship domestically within India, there are no customs or import duties for Indian customers.

8. What Are Limited Edition Collections?

Our Limited Edition Collections feature unique, high-quality designs inspired by various themes. These items are produced in small batches and, once sold out, will not be restocked.
