How Do I Request an Exchange for Sizing or Defective Items?

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues or defects, we kindly ask you to reach out to us through WhatsApp or email. For defective items, please include a video proof of unboxing to assist us in addressing the issue promptly.

If the size delivered was incorrect, we would be more than happy to facilitate an exchange. However, please note that we are unable to process exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size by the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Once we receive and inspect the item, ensuring it hasn't been washed or worn, we'll process the exchange. A flat shipping fee of 100 INR will be charged for sending the replacement.

What is Your Return Policy?

For returns, the item will undergo the same scrutiny as exchanges. Video proof is required for defective items. Refunds will be issued as a coupon code or store credit.
